Every Sabercom installation is signed off with a training module.
Effective training ensures that all administrators and users are familiar with the scope of the software and have practical hands on experience of using the relevant functions for their role.
Sabercom will make sure that at least one member of the IT team is included in the training session so that they have a full understanding of the system infrastructure, how it integrates with the local network and the requirements of the users.
The Sabercom support team provide a support package to meet the scale and functionally of the installation. The minimum is email and telephone support on a reasonable endeavours basis, up to a bespoke SLAs for larger installations with guaranteed response times and a high level of user interaction.
