Sabercom have announced today that the RAC motoring organisation has installed Sabercom digital signage at their iconic customer service centre located next to the M5/M4 motorway junction near Bristol.

The customer service centre operates 7 days a week with over 200 staff working on a rotating shift pattern. Sabercom installed 10 digital signage screens to ensure that each of the seven business groups were kept up to date with the latest corporate and specific business group updates. This includes a daily KPI summary for each business group, a live Twitter feed, the weekly corporate news reel, weather and RAC traffic RSS feeds.

The multimedia content on each screen can be tailored for each business group with instant business updates using the scrolling ticker text via Sabercom’s easy to use digital signage solution. Different levels of user access were set up to allow overall control by the Internal Communications team and individual screen control by each business group leader.
