Sabercom are pleased to announce that Coca-Cola Enterprises have renewed their annual support contract and will be using Sabercom to offer digital signage services to three of their contact centres within the UK and Europe.
Coca-Cola Enterprises is responsible for manufacturing, selling and distributing a wide range of soft drinks across Great Britain and produce around 260 million cases every year.
Contact centres are the voice of Coca-Cola Enterprises to their 26,000 direct delivered customers. They handle over one million calls each year; roughly 60% of the calls are out-bound, calling customers at a pre-agreed time to take their order and advise them of relevant promotions.
Sabercom work closely with the Coca-Cola contact centre managers and IT teams to ensure the smooth running of their digital signage system which is used to keep agents informed by displaying campaign information and key statistics from their Avaya call switch.
